We work at your pet's pace, not the clock's. With two groomers and one dog or cat in the shop at a time, there's room to slow down, take a break, and start again when they're ready. Quiet music, no rushing, and we remember your pet by name.

No cages, no crowded waiting room, one pet at a time
There are two of us, and we book so that only one dog or cat is in the shop for their appointment. That means no crate to sit in before or after, no barking down the line, and no pet waiting hours for a ride home. Just soft music, a towel, and the two of us working.

A full groom is the works: bath, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning and a full brush-out. Price depends on your dog's size, so here is what we charge before you pick up the phone.

Nervous first-timers and senior pets welcome
Some pets walk in wagging. Plenty don't. If your dog shakes at the door, or your cat has opinions about being touched, or your fourteen-year-old needs to stop and rest halfway through, that is a normal day for us. Only one pet is in the salon at a time, so nobody is rushed along to clear space for the next appointment.
Before a first full groom, come in for a free 10-minute meet-and-greet. It's a short visit before booking a full groom — your pet gets to see the salon and meet us, and then heads home again. No grooming happens that day, which makes the real appointment far less strange.

We book every pet into their own slot, so there are no walk-ins. Call or email and tell us your pet's name, breed or coat type, and roughly what you're after, and we'll find a time. If it's a first full groom, ask about the free meet-and-greet and we'll schedule that first.
